Position: Arrival, Departure Transport Manager Duration: Sept 2026 - Feb 2027 Location: Riyadh, Jeddah We are seeking a highly organized Transportation Manager to manage and coordinate transport operations for a major, high-profile project in the Kingdom. This is a fast-paced, site-based contract role requiring strong logistics planning, real-time coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily transportation operations for personnel, equipment, and materials Develop transport schedules, routing plans, and deployment strategies Coordinate with fleet providers, drivers, contractors, and stakeholders Monitor vehicle utilization, movement tracking, and operational efficiency Manage transport requests, dispatching, and contingency planning Ensure compliance with safety standards, traffic regulations, and project protocols Handle on-ground issues, delays, and last-minute operational changes Prepare reports on transport performance and resource usage

Bachelor s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience in transportation, fleet operations, or logistics coordination Strong planning and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments Experience managing drivers, vehicles, and dispatch operations Familiarity with tracking systems, scheduling tools, or transport management systems is an advantage Experience in football or large scape sporting event is preferred Ideal Candidate A proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage complex transport operations, respond quickly to changing requirements, and ensure smooth mobility across multiple sites and stakeholders.
