A/C Supervisor

Lead and mentor a team of HVAC technicians, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.

Oversee daily operations, including scheduling maintenance, responding to service calls, and managing inventory.

Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC system malfunctions, providing expert guidance to resolve issues efficiently.

Implement and enforce preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.

Possession of a High School Diploma or GED is required, with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

A minimum of 8ars of progressive experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair, with 5+ years in a supervisory capacity.

HVAC certification (e.g., EPA Section 608 Universal) is essential, with additional certifications (e.g., NATE) highly desirable.

Proven experience in managing teams and projects within commercial or industrial settings.
