Logistics Coordinator

1. Managing Vehicle Movements and Distribution:

• Prepare and organize daily vehicle movement schedules according to distribution requests and delivery plans.
• Assign tasks and communication processes to drivers.
• Monitor vehicle exits from the depot and their returns, ensuring adherence to movement and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with depot departments and the shipping team to ensure readiness of shipments.
• Track delayed shipments and address communication obstacles in coordination with relevant departments.
• Organize the receipt and delivery of returned shipments from customers to the depot.

2. Ensuring Product Safety During Transport:

• Ensure vehicle readiness, cleanliness, and compliance for transporting sensitive and medical supplies.
• Verify the availability of transportation requirements suitable for the nature of the products, including refrigerated vehicles when necessary.
• Monitor temperature levels during transport for products requiring specific temperature conditions, and review their logs.
• Ensure the availability of measuring devices and monitoring temperature levels, their usability, and standards according to established procedures.
• Ensure no damage to supplies during transport that could lead to breakage or loss.
• Adhere to good transport and distribution practices for supplies, coordinating with quality management.

3. Supervising Drivers:

• Assign daily tasks to drivers and monitor their execution.
• Monitor drivers' adherence to routes and delivery schedules.
• Organize substitutes in case of absences, official leaves, or increased order volumes.
