Civil Engineer

Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering construction projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role includes managing project teams, client coordination, estimation, tendering, cost control, budgeting, procurement, contract administration, progress monitoring, and resource planning to ensure successful and profitable project completion.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

10+ years of experience in civil construction & Maintanance projects.

Proven experience in Project Management, Estimation, Tendering, Cost Control, and Budget Management.

Strong leadership, planning, and client coordination skills.

Good knowledge of contract administration, procurement, and project scheduling.

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.

Valid Saudi driving license and transferable Iqama preferred.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
