Furniture Production In-charge

Be in charge of day-to-day furniture and sofa production, from order receipt to finished product.

Track every order's progress across frame making, cutting, stitching, upholstery and assembly, and keep management updated.

Maintain production records: daily output, pending orders, material usage, worker attendance and delays.

Push the pace of production, follow up with each section, remove bottlenecks and make sure delivery dates are met.

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production reports in Excel.

Coordinate with sales and showrooms on order status and delivery dates.

Raise material requirements on time and monitor wastage.

Check finished products against the order and design before dispatch.

3-7 years of experience in a furniture or sofa factory as production in-charge, coordinator, planner or supervisor.

Good knowledge of furniture and sofa production stages (frame, cutting, stitching, upholstery, assembly).

Strong record-keeping and Excel reporting skills.

Organised and good at follow-up, able to keep production moving on schedule.

Communication in English required; Arabic, Hindi, Urdu or Bengali is a plus.

Currently in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama preferred.
