Position Title- Supervisor, Site Maintenance
Reports to- Unit Head, Facility Maintenance
Job Purpose
The main purpose of the Supervisor, Site Maintenance position is to execute, control & oversee all repair & service works within Facility Management sites.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Attend clients’ emails, communications related to maintenance tasks, assure client comprehension towards maintenance works.
- Supervise, schedule, and follow on all maintenance work required as requested by Client/site coordinator(s).
- Assign technicians to act against any breakdown of electrical, plumbing, connections etc. Update client & operation team on jobs done, spare parts required.
- Prepare and maintain record on-site inspection checklist, per each site visit.
- Maintain a checklist for site tools, spare parts stock at site store.
- Maintain record of sites repairs, service history of all Facility management assets at sites.
- Analyze & approve all Oracle / ERP MRs submissions against daily spare parts required.
- Visit sites, patrol & check all camp premises, cabinets, light equipment, generators, electric panels, cables, connections, pipes, hoses etc. at all camp/site locations are in proper working condition.
- Secure that all electrical/plumbing connections are hazard free and well secured in a safe way.
- Secure all site satellite connections & decoders for VSAT & OSN are working fine & in proper condition.
- Review & approve daily maintenance job cards, timecards & OT of assigned manpower.
- Follow upon site moves, along with maintenance team Rig down / up, secure all Electrical/Plumbing parts, generators, electric panels, cables, pipes, hoses etc.
- Supervise new site mobilization to site location, along with assigned crew to rig up, connect, and test all Electrical/Plumbing connections are working properly at proper condition.
- Leads, directs, evaluates, and develops the Facility Maintenance team to ensure that the objectives are reached.
- Is responsible for the development, performance appraisal and succession planning of all direct and indirect reports.
- Promotes a highly effective management and leadership style in line with AMHEC’s values and that supports the achievement of its strategy and objectives.
- Identifies potential successor for his/her position; oversees and implements developmental plans for identified successors.
- Identifies and monitors key Facility Maintenance functional KPIs, and devises plans and initiatives for improvement.
- Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned by his/her direct manager.
HSE Responsibility
- Promotes and disseminates a positive health and safety culture and ensures the health, safety and welfare of self and others.
- Ensures employee health and safety programs and guidelines are developed, regularly maintained, implemented, reviewed, and complied with.
- Identifies any Health, Safety or Environmental risks and recommends and implements measures and solutions to mitigate these risks.
- Complies with established health and safety guidelines and procedures and ensures the health, safety and welfare of self and others.
- Identifies and reports to management any Health, Safety or Environmental risks and makes suggestions to address these risks and cooperate with his/her supervisor’s instructions.
QHSE Authority
- Process Control: to oversee and control processes execution to ensure they conform to planned arrangements, including documented procedures and work instructions.
- Monitoring and Measurement: to ensure that appropriate monitoring and measurement activities are conducted to verify that product/service requirements are met.
- Communication: to facilitate communication within their team(s).
- Continuous Improvement: to identify opportunities for improvement, implement necessary changes, and encourage a culture of continuous improvement.
- Internal Audits: to participate in internal audits as part of the AMHEC's internal audit program and to ensuring that their areas are prepared for and cooperate during internal audits.
- Nonconformity and Corrective Action: to participating in the investigation and implementation of corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably Engineering degree holder (Elec., Mech.) or equivalent.
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position.
- Mandatory experience with similar industry of portable cabinets’ fabrication/rental.
- English language fluency is a must, Arabic language is a plus.
- Previous experience in the KSA &/or GCC is a plus.
- Computer proficiency, including MS office applications and ERP.
- Ability to recognize opportunities for improvement.
- Oil & Gas field service experience is an advantage.
Working Conditions
- Nature or work may require working beyond standard working hours.
Physical/Travel requirements
- Travel (up to 60%) within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to AMHEC’s sites, yards and branches.
