Branch Manager – Café | Riyadh

Main Responsibilities:

Management and operation of the branch, team leadership, monitoring sales, product and service quality, inventory, cleanliness and compliance with regulations, and achieving targeted performance indicators.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in managing café branches or restaurants.
• Experience in team management and performance monitoring.
• Ability to achieve sales and operational objectives.
• Experience in customer service and handling complaints.
• Good knowledge of inventory and cost management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using sales point systems and operational reports.
