eMagine Solutions is hiring a Sales Executive (Traditional Trade) for a well-established FMCG/food manufacturing business in Saudi Arabia. This is a field-focused role managing independent (TT) customers to ensure strong availability, service levels, and day-to-day execution.

Role objective

Responsible for managing product availability across Traditional Trade independent clients to ensure excellent customer service. You will work closely with Finance and the Transportation/Logistics team as part of daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Traditional Trade customers and maintain strong relationships
• Ensure product availability and support consistent in-market execution
• Coordinate with Finance on documentation, follow-ups, and related account activities
• Coordinate with Logistics/Transportation to support delivery flow and daily route execution
• Maintain accurate weekly and monthly reports
• Work closely with internal teams including Trade Marketing, Merchandising, Logistics, and Sales Excellence
• Handle customer issues professionally and resolve problems quickly

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent)
• Previous experience in sales in any channel; sales executive or merchandiser experience preferred
• Arabic (fluent) and basic English (written and verbal)
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage

• Comply with food safety procedures and participate in required trainings
• Report any issues or changes related to FSQ, Food Defense, and Food Fraud requirements
