Job description

Develop and implement the company's annual marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and sales.

Oversee content creation, product photography, videos, catalogs, and promotional materials.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
Lead, train, and develop the marketing team while ensuring timely project delivery.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in kitchen, furniture, interior design, home improvement, or retail industries.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media advertising, Google Ads, SEO, and analytics tools.
Experience in managing branding, product launches, and showroom marketing campaigns.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in English and Arabic.
Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is an advantage.
Creative, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
