We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly professional Housekeeping Attendant to join our team in Riyadh. This role is designed for a seasoned hospitality professional who understands the rigorous standards of luxury service.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of maintaining pristine guest environments and a deep understanding of the operational flow within a high-end resort or hotel setting.
Key Responsibilities
• Room Maintenance: Perform comprehensive cleaning and servicing of guest rooms, including stripping and making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms to exact brand standards.
• Deep Cleaning: Execute periodic deep-cleaning tasks (carpet shampooing, upholstery care, polishing fixtures) to maintain the longevity and aesthetic of the property.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish room amenities, linens, and minibar items; report any shortages to the Floor Supervisor.
• Guest Interaction: Respond promptly and politely to guest requests (e.g., extra towels, pillows, or specialized turndown services) with a focus on personalized service.
• Quality Control: Conduct self-inspections of all completed work to ensure zero defects before a room is marked as "Ready."
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, including the proper handling of chemical cleaning agents and reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately.
Minimum Requirements
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional housekeeping experience specifically within a 4-star or 5-star hotel/resort environment.
• Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of cleaning techniques, fabric care, and the use of industrial cleaning equipment.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
• Communication: Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) with the ability to communicate effectively with both guests and team members.
• Reliability: A consistent record of punctuality and the flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
