Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Female Spa Supervisor to lead our daily spa operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience while maintaining the highest service standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the spa.
- Lead, train, motivate, and support the spa team.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
- Monitor staff performance and maintain company standards.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate daily schedules and team assignments.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards are maintained.
- Monitor inventory and spa supplies.
- Support reception and daily operations when required.
- Ensure all company SOPs and policies are followed.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spa Supervisor or Assistant Spa Supervisor.
- Experience in a luxury spa, hotel spa, wellness center, or premium salon is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in staff training and performance management.
- Excellent guest service and communication skills.
- Basic English communication skills are required.
- Experience using Zenoti spa management software is preferred.
- Massage therapy experience is a plus.
- Professional, organized, and guest-focused attitude.
