Senior Quality Engineer

Make sure copper products meet customer, ISO and Saudi standards, and reduce defects and complaints.

Monitor process stability with SPC; manage instrument calibration and batch test certificates.

Approve, hold, or reject lots; raise NCRs and follow up corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Inspect in-process and finished products; approve, rework or reject lots against specification.

Handle customer quality complaints and support internal, external, and customer audits (ISO 9001).

Guide and supervise QC inspectors and lab technicians; prepare quality reports for management.

Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgical, Mechanical, Materials, or related Engineering field (Diploma with strong experience may be considered).

Minimum 5 years of QC experience in a copper, wire and cable, or metals factory; copper rod and bus bar experience preferred.

Knowledge of ISO 9001, ASTM/EN/IEC copper standards, and testing methods (chemical, conductivity, tensile, dimensional).

Strong documentation skills, attention to detail, and good communication; ERP and Excel skills.
