Tube Field Foreman (Production)

Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to schedules for all tube manufacturing processes.

Lead and motivate a team of production operators, providing clear direction, performance feedback, and fostering a collaborative environment.

Implement and enforce strict safety protocols, conducting regular inspections and training to maintain a zero-accident workplace.

Monitor production quality, identifying and resolving defects to meet stringent customer specifications and internal standards.

Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a technical degree in manufacturing or a related field is a strong advantage.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, specifically within tube production.

Proven track record of leading and managing production teams, demonstrating strong supervisory and interpersonal skills.

In-depth knowledge of tube manufacturing processes, including welding, drawing, forming, and finishing techniques.
