Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced HSE Officer to join our QHSE Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining high Health, Safety and Environmental standards across company operations and field sites, with a strong focus on compliance with Saudi Aramco HSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with company HSE policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety observations, and risk assessments.
• Identify unsafe conditions and practices and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Conduct and support toolbox talks, safety meetings, and HSE awareness activities.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe acts, and prepare required reports.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safe work practices.
• Maintain HSE records, reports, checklists, and documentation.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the company HSE management system.
• Coordinate with site and operations teams to ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco HSE standards and requirements.
• Perform other HSE-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. Saudi National.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE/Safety, preferably in oil & gas or energy services.
3. NEBOSH certification is mandatory.
4. Valid Saudi driving license.
5. Proven experience working on Saudi Aramco sites/projects and familiarity with Aramco HSE requirements.
6. Strong knowledge of HSE procedures, risk assessment, incident investigation, and site safety practices.
7. Good communication and reporting skills.
8. Ability to work independently and effectively in field/site environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional HSE certifications such as IOSH, OSHA, or Aramco-approved HSE training will be an advantage.
• Experience in oilfield services, pumping, well testing, or similar energy-sector operations is preferred.
