We are looking for an experienced PMO Manager to establish, lead, and improve the Project Management Office within a growing multi-location organization. The role is responsible for creating structure, visibility, and control across strategic initiatives, expansion projects, new location openings, and cross-functional business programs. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple projects at the same time, align stakeholders, track progress, identify risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to business priorities. The PMO Manager will work closely with senior leadership and different departments to improve project governance, reporting, execution discipline, and accountability across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Establish and maintain the PMO framework, project governance standards, reporting structure, and project management templates. Create and manage a centralized view of all active projects, strategic initiatives, and business-critical programs. Lead regular project review meetings and ensure clear tracking of actions, decisions, risks, dependencies, and deadlines. Prepare executive-level dashboards, progress reports, milestone updates, and project status summaries. Track project timelines, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource requirements across multiple departments. Support business leaders and department heads in planning, structuring, and managing their projects effectively. Coordinate cross-functional projects involving operations, real estate, procurement, finance, marketing, IT, HR, and other business functions. Manage and monitor new location opening projects from planning stage to launch. Ensure project priorities are aligned with the company s long-term growth and expansion roadmap. Identify project delays, bottlenecks, budget risks, and resource conflicts, and recommend corrective actions. Drive accountability across project owners and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Conduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned to improve future planning and execution. Improve project documentation, communication flow, reporting accuracy, and decision-making visibility.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. PMP certification is required. Minimum 6 years of experience in project management. Minimum 2 years of experience managing a PMO, project portfolio, or multiple concurrent projects. Experience in F&B, retail, hospitality, restaurants, or multi-location business is preferred. Strong knowledge of project governance, project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting. Experience with project management tools, dashboards, trackers, or similar platforms. Strong ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders at the same time. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Strong experience in executive reporting, dashboard preparation, and presentation. Strong risk management, issue management, and dependency tracking skills. Ability to work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Strong follow-up skills with a high level of ownership and accountability. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-support skills. Strong command of Arabic and English.
