Job Summary**

The Assistant Chief will support the Pastry
Chef in daily factory operations, ensuring high-quality pastry production and
maintaining efficient workflow. The role involves preparing ingredients,
monitoring production lines, and ensuring all food safety standards are met in
a high-volume environment.

Job Specifications

·Previous experience supporting chefs in
pastry or dessert kitchens.

·Basic knowledge of Western desserts,
pastries, and bakery operations.

·Ability to work effectively in a in a
pastry production or factory environment.

·Strong commitment to food safety and
hygiene standards.
