Commercial Refrigeration - Technician / Team lead / Service engineer

Oversee and guide a team of refrigeration technicians, ensuring efficient and safe execution of maintenance and repair tasks on complex commercial refrigeration systems.

Diagnose and troubleshoot intricate refrigeration system failures, applying advanced technical knowledge to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for all refrigeration equipment, minimizing downtime and extending operational lifespan.

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and environmental standards, including proper handling of refrigerants and hazardous materials.

Possess a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, demonstrating a strong theoretical foundation.

Hold a valid EPA Section 608 Universal Certification, signifying expertise in refrigerant handling and regulations.

Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in commercial refrigeration, with a proven track record of complex system troubleshooting.

Demonstrate advanced proficiency in reading and interpreting complex mechanical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
