HR Specialist (Learning & Development)

Role Purpose:

Execute and coordinate general human resources initiatives, talent development programs, and operational HR activities to support continuous workforce development, employee engagement, and business alignment across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support company-wide training programs, workshops, and Learning & Development initiatives.
• Manage training logistics, attendance, feedback, completion tracking, and employee development records.
• Support the Management Trainee Program, including scheduling, mentor coordination, and progress tracking.
• Support succession planning, talent reviews, and employee development activities.
• Provide operational support for performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate with employees, departments, and external training providers to ensure smooth delivery of HR and L&D activities.
• Prepare HR operational reports and L&D dashboards, while maintaining accurate and confidential HR records.
