Civil Estimation Engineer

A leading contracting company is seeking a Civil Estimation Engineer specialized in civil engineering to work within the Bidding and Estimation Management team.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze RFP documents and contractual terms.
• Study quantity schedules and technical specifications and drawings.
• Analyze and estimate construction, architectural, and finishing work items.
• Prepare detailed cost analysis for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Quantify and review compliance with plans and specifications.
• Send price quotation requests to suppliers and subcontractors, and review and compare offers.
• Prepare technical and commercial inquiries related to bids.
• Prepare technical and financial proposals for residential projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Graduated in 2020 or later.
• Practical experience in estimating civil, architectural, and finishing works, preferably in residential projects.
• Experience in reviewing and analyzing bidding documents, including quantity schedules, specifications, drawings, and contractual terms.
• The candidate must currently be residing in Saudi Arabia.
• The residency must be transferable.
• Availability to start work within a month.
