About the Position
Galaxy Enterprises Services Co. is looking for a motivated and experienced Technical Sales Engineer – Electrical & Chemical to join our team in Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering field, combined with experience in technical sales, business development, or industrial products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Identify new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Utilities, Industrial, and Construction sectors.
- Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Prepare technical and commercial quotations and proposals.
- Review RFQs, specifications, datasheets, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain technical and commercial offers.
- Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, and customer requirements.
- Conduct customer visits and technical discussions when required.
- Support the Business Development team in achieving sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
- Ensure proper follow-up with customers from initial inquiry through order completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in technical sales, business development, or industrial products.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Utilities, or Industrial sectors is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of electrical, chemical, industrial, or MRO products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and convert customer requirements into suitable solutions.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia when required.
