Mechanical Engineer – Construction Supervision / PMCM

Role Overview

Supervise mechanical installations and support technical coordination, testing and commissioning. Ensure mechanical works meet approved designs, specifications and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting and other mechanical systems within the project scope.
• Review mechanical shop drawings, material submittals and installation methodologies.
• Inspect installations and verify materials, equipment and workmanship.
• Coordinate mechanical works with architectural, structural and electrical disciplines.
• Review RFIs and resolve technical issues with the contractor and design team.
• Monitor progress and identify installation or coordination risks.
• Record non-conformances and verify corrective actions.
• Witness system testing, commissioning and performance checks.
• Review as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, and handover documentation.
