HSE Engineer

Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures on-site. Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards. Perform risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and recommend preventive measures. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports. Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness training for employees and contractors. Ensure compliance with local regulations, client requirements, and company HSE standards. Monitor the use of PPE and safe work practices across the site. Prepare HSE reports, statistics, permits, and safety documentation. Coordinate emergency response activities and participate in emergency drills. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace safety performance.

Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in Construction, Infrastructure, Industrial projects. Bachelor s degree in Engineering or any relevant discipline. NEBOSH IGC is required. Good knowledge of OSHA standards, risk assessment, and incident investigation. Experience conducting site inspections and safety audits. Strong communication and reporting skills. Good command of English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
