Purpose:
The main task of a Product Specialist in J&J Innovative Medicine is to represent us in front of healthcare professionals making sure our products are used based on their own merit, and according to their clinical indications, while respecting all J&J Credo obligations. PS promotes registered products within registered indications in order to increase our products access in collaboration with other functions. This takes place by detailing our product's value in order to serve more eligible patients.
You will be responsible for:

Technical/Functional Skills Required
Should behave according to Credo and J&J leadership imperatives.
Should be highly aware of all factors affecting his/her territory & accounts performance, reporting to his/her manager all information affecting business results.

Should show collaborative behavior and ability to work in a team contributing to his/her team business.
Required to be competitive always striving to push his/her product to leadership position following compliance rules.
Required to report information affecting J&J Innovative Medicine's image or any misconduct by any internal or external stakeholder that might affect company image or performance.
Bachelor s degree in pharmacy
Good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
