• Conduct and/or lead site surveys and physical assessments to evaluate structures, equipment, machinery, pipelines, tanks, cables, and other recoverable materials.

• Coordinate with Project Management, Operations, Procurement, Yard, Logistics, Sales, and HSE teams to validate estimation assumptions.

• Obtain and evaluate quotations from subcontractors, equipment suppliers, transporters, and other service providers.

• Prepare competitive commercial offers, tenders, and proposals in line with company strategy and required margins.

• Maintain a database of historical project costs, scrap recovery rates, equipment productivity, manpower productivity, and project performance for future estimates.

• Conduct post-project cost and recovery analysis and incorporate lessons learned into future estimates.

• Support management in bid/no-bid decisions by providing clear commercial and technical evaluation of potential projects.

• Lead and develop the estimation team, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timely submission of estimates.

• Present major project estimates and commercial assumptions to management for review and approval.
