Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales & Recovery Specialist with experience in ICT, low-current systems, or technical services. The role combines business development, client relationship management, and recovery of outstanding payments, ensuring revenue growth while maintaining MSQ’s professional reputation.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Promote MSQ’s solutions including fiber optics, structured cabling, LAN/WAN, IP telephony, CCTV, access control, FM-200, and AV systems.
- Identify and approach potential clients such as corporate offices, data centers, contractors, developers, and government entities.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and technical discussions with clients.
- Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the construction, MEP, finishing, and network services markets.
- Conduct outbound sales activities, follow-up on leads, and convert prospects into contracts.
- Present and explain MSQ service offerings clearly to clients, highlighting benefits and tailored solutions.
- Support proposal development, pricing discussions, and negotiation to close deals.
Recovery & Accounts Follow-Up
- Follow up with clients on outstanding invoices and overdue payments.
- Coordinate with finance and project teams to resolve billing or contract issues.
- Negotiate payment schedules where required, maintaining professionalism.
- Maintain accurate documentation of collections and client communications.
- Ensure recovery activities comply with company policy and Saudi regulations.
Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships based on trust, technical understanding, and service quality.
- Act as a liaison between clients and MSQ’s technical, project, and finance teams.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or repeat business.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in sales, account management, or collections, preferably in ICT, networking, ELV, or low-current systems.
- Strong knowledge or understanding of:
Fiber optic & structured cabling systems
LAN/WAN, wireless networking, and remote connectivity
CCTV, access control, IP telephony & PBX systems
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills.
- Goal-oriented, organized, and professional.
- Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
