Associate Director - Legal (Construction)

Lead and manage complex construction disputes, claims and arbitrations

Draft, review and negotiate settlement agreements and dispute documentation

Advise on contractual risk across major construction and development projects

Support PPP, joint venture and consortium arrangements from a legal perspective

Work closely with senior leadership, project teams and external counsel

Provide pragmatic legal input during live project execution

Contribute to dispute avoidance strategies and claims management processes

4-6 years' post qualification experience in contentious construction law

Background in a well regarded private practice law firm within the GCC

Strong experience handling construction claims, disputes and arbitrations

Exposure to large scale development or infrastructure projects

Solid understanding of contractual risk management and dispute resolution

Familiarity with KSA regulations and relevant Sharia law principles

Admitted or eligible to practise in a Commonwealth jurisdiction
