Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head Waiter and Barista located in Al Qasim, Saudi Arabia. The role involves welcoming and serving guests, managing a team of waitstaff, and ensuring seamless front-of-house operations. Responsibilities also include preparing and serving high-quality beverages like coffee and specialty drinks, maintaining cleanliness and standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service. Collaboration with the kitchen team and troubleshooting any issues that arise during shifts will also be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with guests and provide a positive dining experience Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service, with an understanding of quality standards and operating procedures Knowledge and skill in Coffee Preparation and other aspects of professional Barista work Team leadership and organizational skills, ensuring efficient management of waitstaff and collaboration with the kitchen team Ability to remain composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a similar role is preferred Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
