Job description
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, policies, methodologies, and reporting processes.
- Lead enterprise-wide risk assessments and maintain the corporate risk register, ensuring key risks are identified, evaluated, and effectively managed.
- Partner with business functions to develop, monitor, and enhance risk mitigation plans and control measures.
- Monitor risk exposure, key risk indicators (KRIs), emerging risks, and compliance with approved risk appetite and tolerance levels.
- Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for Senior Management, Audit Committee, and Board-level review.
- Provide risk advisory support for strategic initiatives, projects, business changes, and operational decisions.
- Promote a strong risk culture through awareness programs, training, and guidance across the organization.
- Monitor regulatory developments, emerging risks, and industry trends to assess potential impacts on the business.
- Coordinate with Internal Audit and other assurance functions to ensure alignment of risk management and assurance activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise risk management matters and support the integration of risk management into business planning and decision-making processes.
