Structural Design Engineer (Civil OHTL) L1

We are currently hiring for the position of Civil/Structural Design Engineer Transmission Line (T/L) for our ongoing Overhead Transmission Line (OHL) projects. Job requirements We are hiring for the position of Civil/Structural Design Engineer Team Leader with a leading EPC organization specializing in Power Transmission & Distribution projects. Position: Civil/Structural Design Engineer Team Leader Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory) M.E./M.Tech in Structural Engineering (Preferred) Regular Full-Time Education only Experience: Minimum 4 + years of experience in Transmission Line (OHL) Design Engineering Hands-on experience in Transmission Tower Design and Foundation Design is mandatory. Key Responsibilities: Design transmission line towers using PLS Tower software. Perform structural analysis and design of pile, pad & chimney, and rock anchor foundations . Carry out engineering calculations using Excel, MathCAD, STAAD Pro , and other design software. Review and validate design drawings, calculations, and technical documents. Ensure designs comply with international standards such as ACI 318 and ASCE 10 . Coordinate with project, execution, and site teams to resolve design-related queries. Lead and mentor junior design engineers while ensuring timely project delivery. Optimize designs for safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Technical Skills Required: Strong expertise in PLS Tower (Mandatory) Knowledge of PLS-CADD will be an added advantage. Experience with STAAD Pro, MathCAD, SP Column, and MS Excel . Strong understanding of Transmission Tower & Foundation Design . Familiarity with ACI 318, ASCE 10 , and other international design standards. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and team leadership skills. Minimum 4 + years of experience in Transmission Line (OHL) Design Engineering

Hands-on experience in Transmission Tower Design and Foundation Design is mandatory.

Strong expertise in PLS Tower (Mandatory)

Knowledge of PLS-CADD will be an added advantage.

Experience with STAAD Pro, MathCAD, SP Column, and MS Excel.

Strong understanding of Transmission Tower & Foundation Design.

Familiarity with ACI 318, ASCE 10, and other international design standards.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
