Porotta Maker

We are hiring an experienced Porotta Maker to work in Saudi Arabia. The candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic South Indian porotta (parotta) with consistency in taste, texture, and quality in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare porotta/parotta dough , layering, and shaping techniques.
• Cook porotta on tawa ensuring proper texture and taste.
• Maintain consistency in size, quality, and presentation.
• Prepare related items like kothu parotta (if required).
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
• Follow standard recipes and preparation methods.
• Manage stock of ingredients such as flour, oil, and eggs.
• Work efficiently during peak hours.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass
• Experience: 2+ years as a Porotta Maker
• Gulf experience preferred (not mandatory)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Expertise in making South Indian porotta/parotta .
• Knowledge of dough preparation, kneading, and layering techniques.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure kitchen environment.
• Understanding of hygiene and food safety standards.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
