Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and implement integrated social media strategies across various channels (Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) in alignment with the company's goals and vision.
- Prepare a monthly content calendar and coordinate with creative and marketing teams to ensure message consistency and coherence.
- Manage and organize paid advertising campaigns on social media, analyze performance, and improve return on investment (ROI).
- Produce engaging content, promotional campaigns, contests, and collaborations with local influencers in line with brand policies.
- Monitor audience interaction, respond to inquiries and comments professionally, and build relationships with the digital community.
- Track and review performance metrics using analytical tools (e.g., platform Insights, Google Analytics) and provide periodic reports to management.
- Manage, organize, and update digital assets, media libraries, and promotional materials.
- Comply with platform policies, privacy laws, data protection regulations, and adhere to work ethics.
Qualifications and Requirements
- University degree in Media and Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Corporate Communication, or a related field.
- Previous practical experience in managing social media channels, preferably in an industrial or technical environment.
- Deep understanding of social media management and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Proficiency in Arabic with experience in writing creative content, tweets, and interactive comments.
- Basic photography/editing skills and experience using graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite are considered an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure, coordinate with multiple teams, and achieve goals within set deadlines.
- Skill in working within a Saudi environment and understanding the local digital culture and target audience in Saudi Arabia.
