Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct comprehensive procurement compliance audits across various departments and projects.
- Identify compliance gaps, risks, and control weaknesses, and recommend practical solutions.
- Collaborate with procurement teams and other stakeholders to ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.
- Monitor trends in procurement compliance and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support development and delivery of training programs related to procurement compliance and audit awareness.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
8+ years of experience in procurement compliance, audit, or related fields, preferably within large projects or organizations.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
Relevant professional certifications such as CIPS, CIA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
Familiarity with Saudi Arabia s regulatory environment and procurement practices is preferred.
