Supervisor / Senior Associate – Fulfilment Centre

• Check Area readiness before the start of shift
• Check the handover from previous shift and prioritize in alignment with Senior supervisor
• Execute and supervise floor operations in assigned areas (inbound - Unloading/GRN, outbound, returns, quality control).
• Monitor staff productivity against daily benchmarks and discuss variances with team.
• Check that cleanliness is maintained on the floor at all time and inventories are only placed in the designated area
• Monitor associates are coming to work on time during start of shift and post break-times
• Escalate floor issues to the line manager and follow up on resolution.
