Responsibilities include establishing policies and procedures for sales that align with strategic objectives, in coordination with the executive management. The role involves designing and implementing sales strategies aimed at achieving targets and increasing sales effectiveness.
Establishing operational procedures in coordination with department managers and supervisors within the sector. Developing the sector in terms of operational efficiency.
Participation in preparing the annual budget for sales based on strategic plans in collaboration with the executive management.
Consultation with sector heads to discuss issues and coordinate efforts between sectors, providing solutions to challenges they face.
Establishing a database about markets, competitors, and geographical areas and their expansions.
Continuous monitoring with the planning department and the monitoring and design department regarding the orders related to their respective areas according to the timelines.
Monitoring the delivery procedures and resolving customer service issues.
Conducting research on customer opinions and purchasing habits, identifying potential customers for products, services, or technologies.
Identifying sales areas to maximize customer reach.
Ensuring invoice collection on time according to the policies established by the organization.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding and analyzing their strategies.
Participating in pricing services, products, and goods offered by the organization.
Guiding, motivating, and monitoring team members, assigning them tasks effectively to achieve objectives.
Providing the environment, resources, and vision for the team to ensure they understand the organization’s vision and objectives and focus on their tasks.
Directing work time and available resources and specific metrics for the sector to invest them in the best way.
Leading the team and maintaining high morale and teamwork.
Reviewing proposals submitted by team members and considering them critically.
Evaluating the activities, tasks, and assignments performed by the sales team continuously.
Analyzing data and preparing statistics related to sales.
Monitoring and analyzing sales results to determine the effectiveness of sales channels.
Measuring performance indicators of the sector and meeting with team members to discuss performance indicators, providing feedback and suggestions.
Participating in selecting supervisors and sales representatives, training them, and identifying their needs.
Participating in determining the workforce needs of the sector in coordination with the human resources management and participating in recruitment and hiring operations specific to the sector and delegating responsibilities to them.
Evaluating the performance of team members regularly according to human resources policies and procedures.
Participating in developing training needs plans specific to the sector.
Conducting a final review of the strategies and salaries specific to the sector at the end of each year, before presenting them to the executive management.
Participating in determining and developing the financial facilitation policy and sales operations and monitoring its implementation.
Attending and participating in conferences and community events related to products, services, and technologies.
Submitting detailed periodic reports on achievements, challenges, and discrepancies to the executive management, and discussing them in periodic meetings.
