Pre Commissioning Supervisor

Oversee the meticulous execution of pre-commissioning activities, ensuring all systems are functionally ready for introduction of process fluids.

Develop and implement detailed pre-commissioning plans and schedules, coordinating with engineering, construction, and operations teams.

Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and project specifications throughout all pre-commissioning tasks.

Manage and supervise the testing of all mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems, including hydrostatic tests, flushing, and blow-downs.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation preferred).

Proven track record of at least 7-10 years in pre-commissioning or commissioning roles within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Power Generation industry.

Possession of relevant certifications such as PMP, NEBOSH, or equivalent is highly advantageous.

Extensive experience in developing and executing complex pre-commissioning plans for large-scale projects.
