• Minimum 10-15 years of relevant construction experience.

• Minimum 5 years in a Construction Manager or senior site management position.

• Saudi Arabia or GCC construction experience is strongly preferred.

• Experience managing Civil and MEP construction activities is highly preferred.

• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and project teams is required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Professional engineering certification is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management, and site operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction/project management software.
