- Management and supervision of daily logistics operations.

- Tracking transportation costs and logistics services and working on their improvement.
- Supervising warehouse operations and inventory movement in coordination with relevant departments.
- Evaluating the performance of transport companies and logistics service providers and monitoring service levels.
- Negotiating with transport companies and service providers as needed.
- Ensuring the completion of documentation related to shipments, deliveries, and logistics operations.
- Monitoring shipments and addressing delays or delivery issues.
- Developing work procedures to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitoring key performance indicators and preparing regular reports.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and safety requirements and relevant regulations.
- Supervising the logistics team, distributing tasks, and monitoring performance.
