Façade Design Manager

Develop façade concepts, panelisation strategies, fixing details and secondary-steel support systems.

Lead BIM modelling and coordination using Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD.

Review architectural and structural drawings, specifications and calculations.

Coordinate façade panels, steel framing, brackets, fixings, insulation, waterproofing and building interfaces.

Guide façade engineers, BIM modelers, draftsmen and design coordinators on technical matters.

Review shop drawings, fabrication drawings, BIM models and steel details before submission or production.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, production, project and site teams.

Resolve design clashes, constructability issues and site technical problems.

Support value engineering to reduce panel complexity, steel weight, mould cost and installation difficulty.

Monitor design progress, approvals, technical submissions and project deadlines.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved calculations and relevant standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.

Master’s degree in Façade Engineering, Structural Engineering, BIM or Construction Management is preferred.

Professional engineering registration or membership in a recognized engineering institution is an advantage.

BIM, Revit or façade-engineering certifications are preferred.
