Logistics Manager For Hotel Group Construction Project

Orchestrate the entire supply chain, from sourcing construction materials to their timely delivery to multiple hotel construction sites, ensuring zero delays.

Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and suppliers, securing the most favorable terms and pricing for all construction materials and services.

Develop and implement efficient logistics strategies, including warehousing, inventory management, and transportation, optimizing cost-effectiveness.

Oversee the coordination of all import/export activities, including customs clearance and documentation, for international material shipments.

Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

Holds relevant certifications, such as a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or similar.

Demonstrates a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in logistics, with a focus on construction projects.

Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., WMS, TMS) and MS Office.

Experience within the hospitality industry, particularly hotel construction, is highly preferred.
