Job description
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with strong experience in Corporate Banking Transformation and Business Engineering. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders and technology teams to drive digital initiatives, optimize business processes, and deliver scalable banking solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Conduct workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirement sessions
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams
- Work on corporate banking transformation initiatives (digital/migration projects)
- Analyze current (As-Is) and design future (To-Be) business processes
- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities
- Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and use case documents
- Define workflows, data mappings, and integration requirements
- Collaborate with development and QA teams for solution delivery
- Participate in SIT and UAT testing; validate business scenarios
- Support deployment, go-live, and post-production activities
- Ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements
- Work in Agile environment and participate in sprint ceremonies
- Track tasks, defects, and progress using tools like Jira
Strong experience in Corporate Banking domain (mandatory)
Hands on experience in Payments (Domestic & Cross-border) Trade Finance (LC, BG) Cash Management Lending / Treasury
Experience in banking transformation / migration projects
Understanding of Business Process Re-engineering (BPR)
Knowledge of SWIFT / ISO 20022 (preferred)
Awareness of banking regulations (SAMA is a plus)
Strong experience in requirement documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories)
Understanding of API integrations and data mapping concepts
Working knowledge of SQL for data validation
Familiarity with tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel
Exposure to Postman or API testing tools (preferred)
