Sales Manager Key Responsibilities:

 Facilitate the connection between customers with available loads and nearby truckers to ensure efficient dispatching.

 Monitor shipment progress and provide accurate, timely status updates to customers.

 Maintain strong, positive relationships with both customers and trucking partners to support smooth operations.

 Coordinate with truckers after unloading to assign new loads and optimize fleet utilization.

 Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely loading and unloading of cargo.

 Proactively address any operational issues to ensure seamless end-toend logistics flow.

10%-20% must Coordinate with HR admin matters .
