Job description

  • Develop and execute the national sales strategy, including annual plans and budgets aligned with the company’s growth objectives.

  • Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve targets and build a high-performance culture.

  • Drive the successful launch and expansion of pharmaceutical and nutraceutical product portfolios across the Kingdom.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, hospitals, polyclinics, and pharmacy chains.

  • Identify new business opportunities, expand market reach, and secure strategic partnerships with key accounts.

  • Monitor sales performance, set KPIs, and provide ongoing coaching and development to the team.

  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to support strategic decision-making.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product launches and sustained business growth.

  • Ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (mandatory).

  • 8–10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/nutraceutical industry in Saudi Arabia.

  • Minimum 5 years in a sales leadership role.

  • Age 30 – 42 years.

  • Proven success in product launches, brand building, and achieving growth targets.

  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi healthcare market (hospitals, pharmacy chains, distributors).

  • Established relationships with KOLs and key stakeholders.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

  • Fluent in English and Arabic.

  • Based in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh preferred) with willingness to travel.
