Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and automate cloud infrastructure using Terraform across GCP and OCI.
- Operate, maintain, and optimise managed Kubernetes environments (GKE & OKE).
- Manage core platform components: Kong API Gateway, Istio/Service Mesh, Vault, ExternalDNS.
- Implement GitOps workflows with ArgoCD and integrate CI/CD pipelines for seamless delivery.
- Deploy, configure, and support observability tooling: Dynatrace, Prometheus, Alertmanager, Grafana.
- Strengthen platform security through SAST, DAST, RBAC, mTLS, image scanning, and broader DevSecOps controls.
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execution aligned with RTO/RPO targets and SAMA IT Governance.
Ideal Profile
- Senior level experience in cloud platform engineering
- Strong hands on background with GCP, OCI, Terraform, and Kubernetes
- Deep understanding of GitOps, service mesh, API gateways, and observability stacks
- Strong security mindset and experience with DevSecOps tooling
- Able to work full time on site in Riyadh
