Showroom Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide excellent pre-sales and after-sales service.
• Assist customers in selecting products, coordinating colors, calculating quantities, processing orders, issuing invoices, and arranging deliveries.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and availability of marketing materials.
• Achieve sales targets and comply with management objectives and KPIs.
• Manage online orders and update the e-commerce platform based on product availability and stock levels.
• Monitor inventory, maintain proper stock levels, apply FIFO procedures, and report shortages.
• Ensure proper warehouse organization and accurate inventory records.
• Submit sales, financial, and performance reports, and ensure daily cash deposits.
• Monitor competitors’ activities, promotions, and customer complaints, reporting relevant updates to the direct manager.
• Coordinate with other branches to manage slow-moving items.
• Implement company policies, maintain showroom discipline, and suggest improvements to sales operations.
• Perform other duties assigned by the direct manager while following safety and environmental requirements.

Working Schedule

• Working Days: 6 days per week, with 1 day off.
• Working Hours: Two shifts:
• Morning: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Evening: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
