Job description
Develop and maintain accurate workforce forecasts by analyzing historical data, market trends, and business objectives to ensure optimal staffing levels.
Collaborate with department heads to identify current and future talent needs, translating strategic goals into actionable manpower plans.
Design and implement efficient recruitment strategies, working closely with HR to attract and onboard the right talent within projected timelines and budgets.
Monitor workforce utilization and productivity, identifying potential gaps or surpluses and recommending proactive solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in workforce planning, strategic HR, or a related analytical role.
Demonstrated experience in industries with complex staffing requirements (e.g., manufacturing, healthcare, technology).
Proficiency in workforce planning software (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday) and advanced Excel skills.
