HVAC Compressor Overhaul Mechanic
Introduction:
*****THIS POSITION IS BASED IN SAUDI ARABIA*********
We are looking to hire an HVAC compressor overhaul mechanic for our service center in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. Please note this post is strictly for mechanical overhaul work
Responsibilities:
- Dismantle and perform full mechanical and electrical inspection for piston-type and screw-type HVAC compressors
- Complete inspection report
- Perform mechanical overhaul alone without assistance. Note: Electrical winding is done by a different team
- Perform complete testing for compressor after repair
- Write Completion report and present to maintenance supervisor
- Assist motor repair team with dismantling and re-assembly of electric motors and other repairs as directed
Skills:
- Super high quality of overhauls alone
- Minimum 3 year experience in compressor mechanical overhaul
- Experience with Bitzer, York, Carrier, Copeland brands
- Experience with screw and piston-type compressors

- Practical experience with Daikin AC error codes and Daikin inverter ACs
- Practical experience with cold rooms and walk-in freezers
- Experience with reefers is a definite asset
