Join us as a Traffic and Roads Engineer in our Transportation Project Delivery team and you will have the opportunity to contribute the delivery of an exciting multi-disciplinary Transportation project. You will collaborate across all stages of the project lifecycle with the Preliminary Works, Design, Engineering and Construction supervision team and in close coordination with the D&B Contractor overseeing the traffic diversions and roads construction works with focus on delivery and special emphasis on safety. Your role
Degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related discipline, with a minimum of 12 years of experience. Master s degree in Transportation Engineering or Traffic Engineering is preferred. Professional membership with a recognized engineering institution is preferred. Proven experience in major road, infrastructure, or urban development projects, with strong expertise in traffic engineering, traffic management, and detour design. Ability to manage complex traffic challenges in large infrastructure environments. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing traffic management and detour plans for complex construction projects. Experience in traffic impact assessments, traffic analysis, and traffic modelling. Strong knowledge of traffic control devices, road safety standards, and temporary traffic management. Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, and government authorities. Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong engineering judgement, communication and technical reporting skills. High level of organisation and commitment to your work. Good understanding of general engineering. Good knowledge of inspection and testing techniques with regard to temporary and permanent road works. Experience of carrying out method statements and risk assessments. Excellent personal organisational skills and team work. Attention to detail and accuracy when completing inspection and examination testing paperwork. Used to work in a fast-paced office environment combining construction supervision works and administration work. Open to adapt to flexible working hours arrangements. Experience working in the KSA or wider Middle East region is preferred.
