Plumber & Electrician - Transferable - Dammam

Respond to emergency calls and provide plumbing or electrical services quickly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in compliance with local regulations and codes, including water supply, sewage, and waste disposal systems.
Perform electrical installations, wiring, and repairs for residential, commercial, or industrial buildings, while adhering to safety standards and electrical regulations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing and electrical faults, identify the root cause of problems, and apply effective solutions.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing and electrical systems.
Inspect plumbing and electrical systems to identify potential hazards, code violations, or maintenance requirements.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, while following safety procedures and using personal protective equipment (PPE)..

• Transferable Iqama (first transfer preferred)
• Valid Saudi driving license (manual)
• Experience in building maintenance and new installations
• Good troubleshooting skills
• Able to speak basic Arabic
• Professional behavior and clean work standard
• Ready to relocate immediately
• Minimum 5 years experience in home maintenance & new building Foundation work
