Job description
Greet clients with a warm and welcoming demeanor, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive.
Manage appointment scheduling efficiently, optimizing the salon's schedule to maximize stylist productivity and minimize client wait times.
Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information about services, pricing, and promotions.
Process transactions accurately, including cash, credit card, and other payment methods, while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
High school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in business administration or a related field is a plus.
Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably within a salon, spa, or retail environment is highly preferred.
Familiarity with salon software and point-of-sale (POS) systems is advantageous; experience with scheduling software is a plus.
Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for administrative tasks.
