Marketing and Design Specialist (Engineering Sector)
Objective of the Position:
Develop and implement marketing strategies that enhance the identity of the firm in the Saudi market, transforming complex engineering projects into visually appealing and marketable content that attracts clients and investors.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Architecture, Graphic Design, or any relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in marketing, with prior experience in engineering consultancy firms or real estate development companies.
- Location: Residency in Riyadh with a comprehensive understanding of the local market dynamics and current architectural trends (such as Saudi Vision 2030 projects).
Technical Skills (Design and Marketing):
- Visual Creativity: Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for producing engineering profiles.
- Understanding of Drawings: Ability to comprehend basic engineering drawings and convert them into appealing presentations for non-specialist clients.
- Digital Marketing: Experience in managing social media platforms (especially LinkedIn, X, and Instagram) tailored to the target audience of engineering firms.
- Content Writing: Strong ability to craft content in both Arabic and English in a professional and engineering-oriented manner.
Responsibilities:
- Brand Identity Management: Ensure all office outputs (technical presentations, reports, communications) adhere to the established brand identity.
- Project File Preparation: Design and organize previous project files (Portfolio) and continuously update them with the latest executed projects.
- Proposal Preparation: Assist engineers in preparing proposals for tenders and major projects.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitors in Riyadh and understand developments in the engineering sector to propose innovative marketing strategies.
- Networking: Build relationships with suppliers, contractors, and engineering exhibition organizers.

- Aesthetic Sense: Strong eye for detail and high taste in selecting colors and designs that reflect the engineering sophistication.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in reviewing data, figures, and engineering specifications.

- Familiarity with architectural production software (such as Lumion or V-Ray) to understand how to market "renderings".
- Possession of a network of contacts in the real estate or engineering sector in Riyadh.
